Hey there! Thanks for checking out LifePointe Community Church. If you are searching for a good church, we know we are the place for you. If you have never been to our church before, come by this Sunday! We look forward to meeting you! God bless.
The following is the most common process for getting connected into the Life Pointe family:
STARTING POINTE is a 1-hour casual luncheon offered 4 times/year that takes place after the Sunday morning worship service in our Youth Room. It’s a time to introduce key leaders, briefly hear about Life Pointe’s vision and values, take your questions and show you where to start at Life Pointe. And… it’s always a lot of fun!
NEXT is a 1-session workshop offered several times a year.
It covers how to become a Christ-follower, what baptism means, if membership is right for you and Life Pointe’s doctrinal distinctives and beliefs.
In this workshop we also explain more specifically our church’s vision and the growth process we’ve implemented here. This session also lays out our church’s leadership structure and how Life Pointe is organized.
The workshop concludes with 5 Things God Uses to Grow Your Faith. At this time we also help you decide what next steps are best for you.
To join a Life Group, come to GroupLink, a two-hour event where you can meet people in a similar stage of life who are going to be part of your Life Group. A host and plenty of staff members and volunteers will be on hand to navigate you through the process.
We host GroupLink periodically throughout the year on an as needed basis.
Life Groups are not just “another thing” at Life Pointe. They are our main avenue for the ongoing growth and care of each person in the Life Pointe family. We believe that the Life Group environment is the best place for people to encourage and challenge each other to apply consistently the Word of God to their lives. Life Groups meet in homes throughout the week. They are designed to connect you both to God and people.
Our belief is that as people choose to serve, whether in our church, or in the local community, the impact of that service will change lives—for those serving, for the people they serve, and even for those that see them giving their time to help someone else.
(a) In the Community: THE INTERSECT PROJECT
The Intersect Project is about serving made simple. It’s our church’s vehicle to mobilize attendees to serve our community through nonprofit partnerships. Several times a year we promote projects that you can get involved with to help serve our community.
At the very heart of LifePointe Community Church is a deep love for the next generation. Kids & Youth Ministries equips kids & students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who act out their faith and reach the lost.
